Puunam to sport 400 costumes in one song

Chennai: Actress Puunam Kaur will sport as many as 400 costumes in a song in upcoming Tamil romantic-drama "Ranam". The film's director claims this is a first-time attempt in Tamil cinema. "I feel nobody has even attempted something like this in Tamil cinema. It's a peppy song and Puunam will be seen in 400 different costumes through it," director Vijayashekaran said in a statement. The song "Enagada Pone Romeo" features Puunam opposite Harshan.

"Each costume will be very different from the other. It will be one of the highlights of the film," added the director. "Ranam" also features Sharath and Swasika in lead roles. Puunam, who has starred in films such as "Payanam" and "6 Candles", is currently busy shooting for five films.
