In a recent interview to a leading publication Katrina clarified that Rockstar Ranbir has not proposed her.

"No marriage proposal," said Katrina, when asked if Ranbir had proposed her for marriage. On being questioned about Ranbir and the equation between the two, she said, "If you want me to speak about something other than what is already out there, then that's personal."
