Delhi's LSR College launches London chapter

London: One of Delhi's premier institutions for higher learning, Lady Shri Ram College for Women (LSR), has announced the launch of its London chapter. The LSR Alumni network, referred to as ELSAs, will hold its inaugural London meet at the posh hotel at the Shard, Europe's tallest building, on September 20. "It has been very exciting to organise and plan the upcoming London event with the support of some of the members of the association based in New Delhi," said Richa Grover, a London-based UK government employee and former LSR alumni who is spearheading the London chapter.

ELSAs are a worldwide network of women that provide a platform to former LSR students to come together for career and social growth, foster emotional connect with the college and take the institution forward. More than 27,000 women have graduated from the College over the past 55 years. The London Alumni chapter will host a series of events and charity events in coming months to raise awareness of the association and celebrate academic achievements around the world.
